KTM Novatite Extreme Metal Seated Floating Ball Valves
KTM Novatite Extreme metal seated ball valves deliver API 598 bidirectional sealing characteristics and are the first ever metal seated ball valves to undergo Design Validation Testing for the entire temperature range of -50°C to 500°C.

3.Extended bonnet designed for fire-safe compliance to API 607 (8th Edition) / ISO 10497-2022.
4.Live loaded stem seals and high integrity joints to deliver fugitive emissions performance compliant with API 641 / ISO 15858-1 standards.
5.Design Validation Testing, which involves mechanical and thermal cycling over the entire temperature range, conducted from -50°C to 500°C using a single configuration.
6.Superior sealing for gas applications driven by unique ball and seat manufacturing and finishing process.
7.Surface hardening of ball and seat with Chrome Carbide via HVOF for reliable performance in harsh operating conditions.
8.Complete spare part kit. Metal trim kits available for ease of maintenance.
