Keystone Series GRF Butterfly Valves
A heavy duty double flanged concentric design resilient seated butterfly valve.GRF is a heavy-duty butterfly valve designed specifically for large-diameter pipelines. Its core advantages include bubble-tight shut-off, low operating torque, field-replaceable valve seats, and an ISO 5211 standard actuator interface. It is suitable for working conditions such as municipal water supply and drainage, water treatment plants, industrial circulating water, seawater desalination, and large-scale air conditioning systems. Its design complies with international standards such as EN 593, API 609, and EN 558 Series 20.
Features
1.Double flanged body design with face-to-face dimensions, according to EN 558 Series 20, API 609 and AWWA C504 short.
2.Designed according to EN 593 and API 609.
3.The seat is field replaceable and fully isolates the body and shaft from the flow.
4.Primary shaft sealing exceeds the pressure rating of the valve and prevents leakage through shaft area to atmosphere.
5.A secondary shaft sealing provides back-up safety.
6.A molded-in O-ring in the seat for flange sealing eliminates the need for gaskets.
7.Shaft seals prevent moisture penetrating into the shaft area.
8.Rounded polished disc edge gives full concentric sealing, lower torques, longer seat life and drop-tight shut-off.
9.Extended body neck allows for pipe insulation.
10.Top and bottom shaft bearings for optimized support and small friction and decreased torque.
11.Top bushing absorbs actuator side thrust loads.
12.All valves comply to Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EU) Module B1 + D, CE Marking.
