Masoneilan Conventional Butterfly Control Valves 37002 Series Minitork* II
The Masoneilan 37002 Series Minitork II is a high-performance rotary butterfly control valve engineered for precise flow regulation, reliable tight shut-off, and long service life in general industrial and process applications. Designed with an advanced concentric disc structure, low-emission sealing system, and high turndown control capability, it delivers stable throttling performance, low operating torque, and easy maintenance. Ideal for liquid, gas, steam, and light slurry services, the Minitork II series combines compact size, high flow capacity, and cost-effective operation for global process automation systems.
Features
1.Low Dynamic Torque – the unique cupped shape disc results in a dynamic torque considerably lower than conventional butterfly valves.
2.Bi-Directional Flow – The reverse cupped construction of the Minitork disc is not self-limiting. Accordingly, the low torque can be maintained regardless of flow direction.
3.Deflection-free and backlash-free operation. Splined and clamped construction with an ouboard ball bearing and a rigid bracket assembly provide the structural rigidity required for precise positioning.
4.Direct Mounted Positioners – Position feedback is directly connected to the valve shaft eliminating potential lost motion and providing improved positioning accuracy.
5.Triple Bearing System – provides exceptional support and guiding for the shaft.
6.Valve Position Indicator – highly visible, which allows quick visual inspection of disc position.
7.Integrally Cast Extension Bonnet – provides ability to handle wide range of process temperatures.
8.Spring Diaphragm Actuator – with total enclosure of all moving parts provides increased resistance to environmental corrosion.
