Keystone Figure 638 F638 Series E/Series 2 Slurry Valves
The F638 SE/S2 is an extreme heavy duty slurry control valve, with an extended body style and replaceable body sleeve.The Keystone F638 SE/S2 is an extended butterfly control valve under Emerson, specifically designed for highly abrasive and high-concentration slurry applications. Its core advantages include online maintainability, resistance to particle erosion, and protection of downstream pipelines. It is widely used in demanding medium scenarios such as mining, metallurgy, power generation, and chemical engineering.

4.Chrome Iron internals on the Series 2 coated with tungsten carbide.
5.Series 2 features tungsten carbide disc end spacers.
6.Swing through disc for small leakage at elevated temperatures.
7.Wing-style disc improves flow and wear resistance.
8.Venturi liner for improved flow control and thicker liner for wear resistance.
9.Improved mechanical seal to prevent the ingress of media to the bearing journals.
10.KTFE stem seals for ultimate resistance against caustic and acid applications.
11.Superior multiple stem seals.
12.Standardized mounting and drive adaptor connection allowing direct mounting of Keystone actuators and also allows for in-line actuator removal.
