The Keystone Figure 635 is a heavy‑duty, engineered slurry control valve designed for reliable flow regulation and isolation in abrasive and corrosive slurry applications. Built with a rugged structure and anti‑wear trim, it provides stable performance, long service life, and minimal maintenance in demanding solid‑liquid mixing fluid systems.The F635 is a light/medium duty slurry control valve with a wafer style body.
Features
1.Fully cast wafer style body for less weight.
2.Bi-directional control valve rated up to 1400 kPa.
3.Swing through disc for small clearance.
4.Adjustable high temperature graphite packing.
5.Hard wearing materials of construction offering up to 420 Brinell hardness.
6.Standardized mounting and drive adaptor connection allowing direct mounting of Keystone actuators and allowing for in-line actuator removal.
7.Direct mounting for actuation eliminates the need for mounting brackets.
8.Extensive size range available.
9.Optional 5 degree angle seat for small leakage.
