Bifold FP200 (B) Solenoid Valve 40Bar Pilot Operated 316SS
The Bifold FP200 (B) is a high-performance pilot operated solenoid valve designed for high-pressure industrial control scenarios, suitable for heavy-duty industrial automation, high-pressure pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and process control. As an upgraded high-pressure model in the Bifold FP series, it integrates high-pressure resistance, large flow capacity, and stable operation.

Pilot Operated Design:
Adopts upgraded pilot operation technology, energy-saving and efficient, suitable for high-pressure and large-flow control, ensuring stable and reliable operation even in harsh heavy-duty industrial environments.
High Pressure Performance:
Working pressure ranges from 0–40 bar, matching the pressure requirements of high-pressure industrial pneumatic and hydraulic systems, with precise pressure control and excellent sealing performance, no leakage under high-pressure conditions.
Large Flow Capacity:
Optimized internal flow channel structure, larger flow coefficient, suitable for high-flow media control, effectively improving the working efficiency of industrial systems and meeting heavy-duty operation needs.
Standard 1/2" Interface:
Standard 1/2" port size, compatible with high-flow, high-pressure industrial pipelines, easy to install, replace and maintain, reducing installation and maintenance costs for cross-border projects.
Corrosion-Resistant & High-Durability:
Valve body made of high-strength 316L stainless steel, with FKM (Viton) seal material as standard (NBR optional), corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant, adaptable to various harsh industrial working conditions.
Explosion-Proof Optional:
Can be equipped with explosion-proof coils, ATEX and IECEx certified, safe to use in hazardous gas environments such as oil and gas fields, expanding the scope of application.
3/2 Way Function:
Standard 3/2 way directional control, compatible with various high-pressure industrial automation equipment and heavy-duty pneumatic/hydraulic systems, with strong versatility and interchangeability.
