Samson 2431/2439/2430-DIN Self-operated regulators
Samson 2431/2439/2430-DIN is a DIN-standard self-operated safety temperature limiter (STL) with dual-thermostat redundant control and fail-safe protection, engineered for liquid-based heating systems and requiring no auxiliary energy source.
This integrated unit combines three core components: the Type 2431 piston-balanced globe valve, Type 2439 manual-reset safety temperature limiter (STL), and Type 2430 control thermostat. The 2430 control thermostat delivers precise, routine temperature regulation to maintain desired operating conditions, while the 2439 STL acts as a final fail-safe barrier: it automatically closes the valve if temperatures exceed the pre-set critical safety limit, and requires manual reset to restore operation, preventing unplanned reactivation after overheat events.
