Samson 2488N-DIN Self-operated regulators
Samson 2488N-DIN is a DIN-standard self-operated pressure-independent flow regulator (PICV) specifically engineered for heating network applications, featuring a modular design that integrates a valve body with an integrated diaphragm actuator and compatibility with the Samson 5857 electric actuator. It operates without auxiliary energy for basic flow control, utilizing the energy of the controlled medium to automatically maintain a constant flow rate regardless of system pressure fluctuations, combining the functions of a flow regulator, differential pressure controller, and control valve in one compact unit. This low-maintenance self-operated device is tailored for district heating networks and large-scale heating systems, ensuring stable flow control to optimize energy efficiency and heating performance.
