Samson 2357-1 - DIN Self-operated regulators
Samson 2357-1 is a DIN-standard self-operated pressure build-up regulator (also functioning as a pressure reducing valve) designed as a globe valve with a compact, rugged construction requiring no auxiliary energy source. It operates by utilizing the energy of the controlled medium itself, opening when upstream pressure drops and closing when downstream pressure rises, maintaining precise pressure control without external power supplies. Specifically engineered for cryogenic applications (temperatures down to -196°C), this low-maintenance proportional regulator also excels with gases, liquids, and vapors under various industrial operating conditions, featuring a wide set point range and convenient adjustment capabilities. The unit comes with G ¾ A inlet/outlet connections, mineral oil and grease-free design, and is cleaned and packed for oxygen service, making it suitable for diverse industrial applications including flammable gases .
